Due to the nature of our handmade, small-batch, and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns — but we do want you to feel fully satisfied and supported with your order.

  • If Something’s Wrong

    If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

  • Exchanges

    If you’re not fully happy with a product, we offer one-time exchanges for an item of equal value. Just reach out within 7 days, and we’ll gladly suggest alternatives that better match your needs or preferences.

  • Final Sale Items

    All sale items, limited edition drops, and personal care goods (such as bath soaks or opened teas) are considered final sale unless damaged during shipping.
