We’re committed to delivering your herbal blends and botanical goodies with care. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note: During product launches, seasonal sales, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

We offer flat-rate shipping of $6.95 for orders under $50.00 within the United States.
Enjoy Free Shipping on orders of $50.00 or more within the U.S.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Local Delivery: 1–3 business days (Available within Pataskala, OH and surrounding areas)

International Shipping:

We currently do not ship outside of the United States. Stay tuned for future updates!

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

The Hidden Spinach Apothecary is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
